Getting started step by step

1. Starting An Account

Visit the ‘sign in’ page and create an account, then follow the instructions listed.

Your username and password will be sent via Email; this is your sign in data. Visit the ‘login’ page and enter the ‘my account’ area; here you can find and download invoices, CDRs, find rate lists and make pre-payments.

You will be able to make a few test calls before making a pre-payment

2. Payment Method Choices

MyVoipTraffic is prepaid only and you will find numerous methods for payment like: Ukash, Moneybookers, PayPal, bank transfer and credit card.

4. Getting connected

The username & password you received from us can also be used to connect to our SIP connection server in order to make calls.

Settings are as follows:

Username: Your myvoiptraffic username
Password: Your password
SIP/Proxy registrar:
Domain/Realm (optional):
STUN server:

If you would only like to connect using fixed IP addresses, you can insert your fixed IP addresses in your myaccount area.

After that, you can connect by using the following MyVoipTraffic-IP addresses:

If you are using a hosted voip softswitch provider, please check that you ONLY use IP addresses which are uniquely assigned to your account.

Following codecs are supported:

G.711 (64 kbps)
G.726 (32 kbps)
G.729 (8 kbps)
G.723 (5.3 & 6.3 kbps)
GSMFR (13 kbps)
iLBC (20ms & 30ms)

5. Available routes

Myvoiptraffic offers 3 routes (EUR & USD), each with different rates and quality levels:

Myvoiptraffic Grey: lowest possible rate, no guaranteed quality
Myvoiptraffic Standard: low rate, high quality
Myvoiptraffic Premium: slightly higher rate, best possible quality

Every route has it's own dialling format:
